Settlement of Iskandar Khan Yavar and others, 1903
Mashhadi ‘Abbas, acting on his own behalf and as the guardian of the underage children of the late Mashhadi Hanifah, Muhsin and Rahim, and the sons of Khuda Quli Sultan from Zaviyah, Nur Allah and Mahdi, sells some properties in the village of Zaviyah to Haji Iskandar Khan Yavar in exchange for two hundred and fifty tumans. On the margin, Khuda Quli Sultan's daughters, Shafa Baygum, Tuba Baygum, Fatimah Baygum, and Zahra Baygum have confirmed this settlement.

A five-year settlement between Haji Iskandar Khan Yavar and Haji Isma‘il (on behalf of his wife and ‘Azimat Khanum), Muhammad Sultan (on behalf of his wife), Sultan Baygum Khanum (as the guardian of Mirza Abu Turab Khan), and Fatimah Khanum (Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali's wife), regarding the proceeds of some properties in Varaqah village of Hashtrud district. The tenants are not responsible for payment of state taxes.

‘Aziz Bayg's daughters' power of attorney and guardianship to Ja‘far Khan
The daughter of the late ‘Aziz Bayg gives power of attorney to pay all of ‘Aziz Bayg's definite debts and resolve other debts through settlements to her uncle, Ja‘far Khan. He also has the power of attorney to sell the share (including houses, mills, lands, and gardens) and pay the mahr of ‘Aziz Bayg's wife. ‘Aziz Bayg was survived by two daughters and Ja‘far Khan was appointed as the underage daughter's guardian in order to pay all of ‘Aziz khan's definite debts and resolve other debts through settlements. Settlement of Asiyah Khanum over her share of her daughter's inheritance, 1905
After the death of Narjis Khatun, daughter of Mir Muhsin Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Usku, her inheritors were her mother, Asiyah Khanum; her husband, Haji Sayyid Riza; and her three children, Aminah Khatun, Mir Abu al-Hasan, and Sayyid Husayn. Haji Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, with the power of attorney from his mother, Asiyah Khanum, settles her share of inheritance with Haji Sayyid Muhammad, who has the power of attorney from his brother, Haji Sayyid Riza, father and guardian of Narjis Khatun's three underage children, in exchange for three thousand seven hundred tumans.
